ICAZ Competence Model

a) ICAZ Training Office Set up

TAS helps corporates who want to be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) as training offices. We assist with the actual application for accreditation and setting up of systems which comply with the ICAZ requirements so that the training program is successfully set up.

Services they offer include;

  • Trainees training
  • Reviewers and evaluators training
  • Development of the training policy document
  • Recognition of prior learning
  • Review of the Technical Skills Review (TSR), Professional Skills Review (PSR) and Assessment Needs Analysis (ANA)
  • Training Officer Role

b) ICAZ Training Office Support

TAS offers support to existing ICAZ training offices so that they always keep abreast of changes in terms of the ICAZ requirements for the ICAZ Competence model. This is critical in ensuring the smooth running of the ICAZ training offices.
